    About Me

    What Inspired me to change

    I am testimony to the power of this work. After many years of struggling ,particularly with  narciisstic relationships, I had had enough. I was attracting the wrong type of people.I was the common denominator. I was guided to an amazing group of people who helped me discover another way of looking at my world.This new understanding filled my being and put me on a journey of self discovery. Over a period of years my life transformed, my relationships thrived, new opportunities opened up and my thoughts did indeed create my reality. 'Ignite your Spirit' therapy ( a healing modality introduced by Shakti Durga) moves energy at a physical, emotional and spiritual level, allowing for transformation, insight and inner peace.

    This work is about self empowerment and it is true joy to help others to overcome their fears and subconscious blockages, that often run our lives. Over the course of my life so far I have done some exciting things and by far the most inspiring have been Mothering and realising my Gifts.
